Membership in GOGII is void where prohibited;
You must be 13 years of age or older to use this site;
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your GOGII account;
You are responsible to provide accurate information about you when you register with GOGII, to update this information as needed to keep it current, and for keeping your password secure;
You may not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other GOGII users;
You may not use GOGII for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links and other content and materials ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on GOGII;
You must not modify, adapt or hack GOGII or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with GOGII;
You must not create or submit unwanted email or spam to any GOGII users;
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature using GOGII;
You must not, in the use of GOGII, violate anyone else's rights (e.g., privacy rights) or any laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., copyright laws); and
You agree to abide by all the rules and obligations that govern the use of your mobile phone, as directed by your mobile phone service provider.
Violation of any of these terms will result in the termination of your GOGII account. While GOGII prohibits certain conduct and content on its site as described in these Terms of Use, you understand and agree that GOGII cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the GOGII at your own risk.

We reserve the absolute right to reclaim GOGII names and keywords from you and others on behalf of businesses or individuals that may hold legal claim or trademark rights in those words, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
GOGII features many services that are available on your mobile phone, such as text messaging and content uploads. While we don't charge you for these features, your carrier's normal messaging, data and other rates and fees will apply when you use them. Using certain mobile service features may also be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all GOGII service features may work with all carriers or devices. Therefore, you should check with your carrier to find out if our mobile service features are available for your mobile phone, what restrictions may be applicable to your use of these features, and of course the cost of using these features.
By using GOGII, you agree that we may communicate with you by text message or other electronic means to your mobile phone and that certain information about your usage of GOGII's mobile features may be communicated to us. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your GOGII account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.
GOGII may contain (or you may be sent through GOGII) links to third party websites and third party content (such as photographs, text, graphics, pictures, sound, video, information and software applications). We are not responsible for any third party websites accessed through GOGII, and you should review the terms of use and policies of any website to which you navigate from GOGII. Third party content is not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. The inclusion of links to third party websites and content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave GOGII and access third party websites or content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
GOGII undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit GOGII to locate the material;
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
